🐾 New Arrivals Coming July 11! 🐾

Please help us welcome Jack and Rachel, two sweet Chihuahua mixes who will be arriving at Sato Heart Rescue on July 11 in search of the loving forever homes they deserve. ❤️

Jack and Rachel were surrendered by owners who could no longer care for them. While we don’t know everything they’ve been through, it’s clear they deserve a fresh start filled with kindness, patience, and love.

These two may have had a difficult chapter, but we’re determined to help them write a beautiful new one. Could you be the family that gives them the second chance they’ve been waiting for?

As they settle into rescue, we’ll be sharing more about their personalities, likes, and what they’re looking for in a home. In the meantime, please help us spread the word by sharing this post. The more people who see Jack and Rachel, the better their chances of finding the perfect forever families.

💙 Welcome to New Hampshire, Jack and Rachel. Your new beginning starts now.

🎆 Fireworks may be fun for us, but they can be frightening for our four-legged family members. 🐾

As we head into the holiday weekend, we’re sharing this important information from the ASPCA to help keep your pets safe and comfortable during fireworks celebrations.

Even the calmest dog can become anxious or panic when the loud booms begin. A few simple precautions can make all the difference:
❤️ Keep pets safely indoors.
🏡 Make sure they have a quiet, secure space to retreat to.
🏷️ Double-check that collars, ID tags, and microchip information are up to date.
🚪 Never bring pets to fireworks displays.
🦴 Offer a favorite toy, treat, or calming activity to help ease their stress.

Please take a moment to review and share these helpful tips. The more people who see them, the more pets we can help keep safe this Fourth of July.

Wishing everyone a happy, safe, and pet-friendly holiday weekend! 🇺🇸🐶

As we prepare for a weekend of celebrations and fireworks, now is a great time to remind your community about holiday pet safety. 🎆🐾

Encourage pet owners to keep pets indoors during fireworks and make sure their ID tags and microchip information are up to date. For more Fourth of July pet safety tips from experts at the ASPCA Poison Control, read more here:
