Greetings Structures Hair Salon Clients,

As you know, additional health and safety guidelines have been made legally mandatory for all NH hair salons to comply with in order to reopen in phases, and to operate as safely as possible.

The limitations in this first phase have been challenging. However, we feel as a smaller salon along with the design of our layout, that we can maintain a higher level of safety.
Here are the highlights:

- Clients will be permitted to remain in the salon for one hour.

- Stylists will not be permitted to use blow dryers or hood dryers.

- Stylists will be permitted to do haircuts, shampooing is permitted if needed or requested.

- Stylists will be permitted to apply new growth retouches (root touch-ups). *Foil work is not permitted.

*Salon operations:

- Structures will operate by appointment only, therefore the door will be closed to walk-in traffic.

- All Stylists will be wearing masks and other shielding equipment as necessary.

- Clients (including children) will be required to wear a loop-eared mask. Masks will be available at no charge if needed, to be put on before entering the salon.

- In all areas of the salon and at all times, all masks will remain on and fully covering mouths and noses.

- Additional sanitation products will be provided throughout the salon for Client and Stylist use.

- All surfaces will be disinfected regularly and station areas will be disinfected between Client visits.

*Upon your arrival & during your visit:

- Text or call your Stylist when you arrive. Your Stylist will come out to your car to greet you. If you do not receive a response from your Stylist immediately, please be patient as they may still be working or preparing for you and unable to touch their phone right away.

- If you don’t have a phone, you may approach the door and knock or wave. Your Stylist will know you are coming and acknowledge you. If your Stylist is not ready for you yet, please return to your car to wait for your Stylist to come to your car to greet you.

- If you are arriving as a party with back to back appointments, please do not enter the salon together. The order that you enter can be determined before your appointment.

- Once you enter, please wash your hands in the restroom for at least 20 seconds before your service begins.

- Please remain in your Stylist’s area during your visit, other than using the restroom and/or going outside to your vehicle.

- Please keep 6 feet of distance from anyone other than your Stylist.

- If paying by credit card or check you may bring your own pen if desired, or a sanitized pen will be provided (signing merchant receipts will not be required, Client receipts will be optional to print).

- Please do not handle retail products, Stylists can assist.

- Please avoid contact with surfaces beyond the styling chair or bathroom.

- Please do not shake hands or hug, or linger to chat inside the salon.

*Important screening questions prior to your visit:

If you can answer YES to ANY of the following questions, for the safety of all your visit will need to be rescheduled for a later date:

- Do you have a cough?

- Do you have a fever?

- Are you experiencing any GI upset (diarrhea and/or nausea/vomiting)?

- Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms in the last 14 days?

- Are you living with or caring for anyone who is sick or quarantined?

- Have you traveled out of the county in the last 14 days?
