Eversource requests rate hike that would raise average bill $260 per year A price hike could be on the way for Eversource customers in New Hampshire after the utility proposed increasing its rates.

This was a chart I received from my electric company Eversource in NH. Over the next year rates will increase 16.19%! What does that mean? If you’re avg bill is 250.00 a month your new bill will be about 290.00!! Electric rates may fluctuate but they’ll always go up!! One of the frequently asked questions is what about snow on the panels? The answer is that because of the material and pitch that the panels are installed on the snow is usually gone in less than 24 hours. At my home it’s rare snow lasts more than a day on the panels!
