I donโ€™t even know where to begin. Received this email at 1:14pm today.

Two months ago, this felt like a dream that was almost too big to say out loud. Since then, youโ€™ve shown up every single day. Youโ€™ve voted. Youโ€™ve shared. Youโ€™ve cheered me on. Youโ€™ve believed in me, believed in Black Sheep, and believed in our incredible team.

To those who never doubted meโ€”thank you for carrying me when I needed confidence.

And to those who did doubt meโ€”thank you, too. Youโ€™ve reminded me that the only thing that truly matters is hard work, perseverance, and refusing to quit.

This isnโ€™t just my accomplishment. It belongs to every guest whoโ€™s ever walked through our doors, every employee who pours their heart into this restaurant, every family member who sacrificed time with me, and every single person who took 10 seconds out of their day to cast a vote.

Yโ€™allโ€ฆwe made the QUARTER FINALS ๐Ÿฅน ๐Ÿคฏ
That sentence still doesnโ€™t feel real.

But after a LONG two monthsโ€ฆthe real challenge begins Monday.

As a chef, I believe the final touches matter just as much as the first ingredients.
Our ๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ท๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ญ๐˜ช is comfort and nostalgia, reimaginedโ€ฆfour cheese pillowy, scalloped, jumbo raviolis smothered in our scratch-made creamy tuscan sauce and finished with freshly grated parmesan, fragrant rosemary, and a twisted garlic breadstick that completes the plate.

Beautiful food should tell its story before the first biteโ€ฆthis one certainly does ๐Ÿค

When this journey began, we were just another name on a list. Then we became Top 20. Then Top 15. Then Top 10. Then Top 5.
