Today, Group O is closed in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth marks an essential moment in our history, reminding us that freedom delayed is freedom denied. It’s crucial that we both celebrate the freedom Juneteenth represents and take time to reflect, learn, and continue supporting progress in our communities and workplaces.

Great day yesterday in East Moline with the team at KVF Quad Corporation.

We had the opportunity to visit their facility and get an inside look at their powder coating and metal finishing operations. From surface prep to final application, it was valuable to see firsthand how quality, consistency, and efficiency come together across their process.

Today we recognize Flag Day, commemorating the adoption of the Stars and Stripes as our national flag on June 14, 1777.

As you see the flag flying today, it’s a reminder of our shared history, the freedom it represents, and the traditions that connect communities across the country.

Employee Spotlight: Jenny Lopez Hernandez Senior Operations Manager for our Call Center

With 21 years at Group O as part of our Incentive Marketing division, Jenny’s journey is a testament to dedication, growth, and leadership.

Starting as a call center agent, she has worked her way through roles including mentor, supervisor, manager, and now senior operations manager bringing deep expertise in managing teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving both client and employee satisfaction.

One of her favorite things about Group O is its rich history and strong culture. She also values the support and care shown by the Ontiveros family, which makes a lasting impact on employees across the company.

Outside of work, Jenny loves spending time with her family especially at sporting events, traveling together, and watching softball. She’s also a big fan of the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bulls!
