The Healing Group

The Healing Group is excited to announce the opening of a new creative space designed to help you cultivate and maintain a therapeutic creative practice. Lead by art therapist Michelle Walker, ACMHC, this group has an open format, meaning participants may join at any time and register for as many weeks as they would like. The group utilizes an “open studio” approach, which encourages self-directed creative exploration in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Participants are invited to engage with art materials at their own pace and in their own way, emphasizing process, mindfulness, expression, and personal meaning over artistic skill or finished product. This is not an art class, and no prior art experience is required.

At only $30/session, this group can be a stand-alone experience or a wonderful supplement to therapy.

Held on Tuesday nights from 5-6:45 PM at our Midvale office.
