We made it safely to Camp Powhatan and had a relaxing Sunday. The boys got oriented with the camp and made tie-dyed t-shirts. The boys finished their first day of merit badge classes today and had a huge pasta and meatball dinner cooked by leaders Owen Forden and Gennaro Milo. The last picture was one of two little visitors we had in camp on Saturday that Mr. Bright removed to a safer location. Don't panic moms... it was a harmless black rat snake which we used to educate some of the scouts.

Scouts & Advisors -- This is your last chance to register for the February camping trip. We need a final head count by midnight tonight. Advisors -- we need to know how many rides you can provide. Space is going to be very tight based on current numbers.

Also, please respond to the email last night from Kevin about Summer Camp -- we need a confirmation if you are going or not. Your first payment was due tonight.
