Emmy has been a dedicated runner for years, but ongoing Achilles issues over the past year were making marathon training increasingly difficult and threatening her goal of breaking the 3-hour mark.

After working with Dr. Green and Jason to manage her symptoms, stay healthy through training, and address the underlying issues driving her pain, Emmy recently took on the Eugene Marathon and crushed her sub-3 goal with an incredible 2:59:47 finish 🔥
