Most everyone is experiencing Premium Shock in their Home and Auto Insurance renewals. I have put together a smal explanation that is not too wordy that I hope can help in understanding todays market.

"Inflation can significantly impact home insurance rates as it erodes the purchasing power of insurance coverage. As the cost of goods and services rises due to inflation, the replacement value of a home and its contents also increases. Consequently, insurers must adjust their rates to account for the higher costs associated with rebuilding or repairing homes, ultimately resulting in higher premiums for policyholders to maintain adequate coverage against rising inflation-related expenses".

I am extremely happy to share this for the second year in a row.

My wife and I took a small vacation last week to Paradise.

With that said, that vacation was not possible without knowing that I could leave the office in capable hands such as my office manager Star Ybanez.

Star is literally worth her weight in Gold. I thank God constantly for bringing her to me way back in 2008.

Through personal Trials and Tribulations as well as serious business decisions, she has been the one reliable human constant in my life and work.

Always keep a lid nearby when cooking in the kitchen. You can smother a small grease fire by sliding the lid over the pan and turning off the stovetop. Leave the pan covered until it is completely cooled.
