Yesterday, I had the pleasure of catching up with my friend and colleague Amy, a fellow businesswoman and realtor in the Midlothian Richmond area, at the Art Factory. We are both proud members of the 212 networking group, and it’s always inspiring to connect with like-minded professionals. As a life coach specializing in intuitive eating, and with Amy’s expertise in real estate, our conversation naturally flowed around how essential it is to step out into the community, collaborate, and share strategies to grow our businesses. It’s through these meaningful connections that we continue to lift each other up and create lasting impact. Here’s to supporting one another and building success together!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls Recipe ✨🥜
Looking for a quick, delicious, and satisfying breakfast or snack that’ll fuel your busy mornings? These Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls are my new go-to! They’re packed with wholesome ingredients, protein, and just the right amount of sweetness to keep you energized and satisfied. Plus, they’re easy to make and store for up to 2 weeks!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (I use Truvani)
• 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2-3 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Mix everything well with a rubber spatula or your hands. Freeze for 5 minutes, then shape into balls using a cookie scoop. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
I might add a little coconut oil to the next batch for better binding and texture, but overall, these are a win! Perfect for when you’re on the go and need something nutritious. 🌱💪
