Today was a pretty special day.
Just a couple of months ago, Rebeca and I made the decision to join The Yeatman Group. As we were starting this new chapter, we talked about how exciting it would be if one day we saw both of our names on the Top 10 board together.
Today, that happened.
I was honored to be ranked #1 for the past two weeks, and Rebeca came in at #8 among more than 60 agents. Seeing both of our names on that board meant more to me than the ranking itself because it represented a goal we set for ourselves when we joined this incredible team.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is knowing it is only possible because of the people who trust me. Whether we’ve known each other for years, met through a referral, connected on social media, or met for the first time at an open house, every client who chooses me to represent them is the reason moments like this happen.
Thank you to everyone who has continued to support me, refer me, follow me through career changes, and trust me with one of the biggest decisions of your lives. Your confidence in me is something I never take for granted.
I’m also grateful to be part of a team that genuinely celebrates its people. The Yeatman Group’s success is impressive, but what has stood out to me most is the culture, support, and recognition that make every agent feel valued.
And to Rebeca—I’m so proud of you. We said we’d get there together, and today we did. Here’s to many more milestones ahead.

I first met Lexi and Jasper years ago, and when they were finally ready to buy a home, I was so grateful they reached back out to me. We spent months looking at houses, and then one day we toured a home with a pool. That was it. Lexi was sold on the idea and from that point on, she had her heart set on finding a home with a pool.
I’m happy to say we found it.
Not only did we get the home under asking price, but we also negotiated a seller-paid home warranty that covers the pool, and the appraisal came in with $8,000 in equity.
And then came Jasper’s favorite part… the seller left behind a pressure washer. 😂 I don’t know if he was more excited about the house or the pressure washer, but either way, he was pretty thrilled.
What I’ll remember most, though, are all the conversations, laughs, and memories we made along the way. By the end of it, it felt less like helping clients and more like helping friends find their home.
Congratulations, Lexi and Jasper. Thank you for trusting me through this journey. I couldn’t be happier for you both, and I know we’ll stay connected long after closing day.
