🛑 New 4-Way Stops Installed to Improve Safety

Midland County has completed the installation of new flashing 4-way stop signs at two intersections along the E. County Road 173 corridor southeast of Midland.

The intersections at S. County Road 1160 and S. County Road 1110 have been converted to 4-way stops as part of an ongoing effort to improve safety on county roads. Similar improvements are also being made along S. County Road 1232 (Antelope Trail).

As Midland County continues to grow, traffic volumes are increasing in many rural areas. These safety enhancements are designed to help reduce the risk of crashes and improve visibility for motorists traveling through these intersections.

Drivers are encouraged to watch for the new traffic patterns and exercise caution when traveling in the area.
