Meet Charles (Carlos) Callo He has been with Texas Energy Raters since 2017 as one of our Energy Efficiency Technician. He is one of our main technicians that works with Multi-Family complexes. He works well with the contractors to make sure the HVAC systems pass their inspections. He recently took some training on Multi-Family units to find out the new requirements. He also works on HVAC inspections for new Residential builds.
