📊 Quick Market Update

• Inflation ticked up (energy costs driving it)
• Home prices still stable + trending up
• Economy slowing, but still growing

What this means:
➡️ Real estate is still a strong long-term play
➡️ Opportunity is there for buyers & investors

Shoutout to Alaynah Napoles for the update 👏

Homes in Odessa are still moving fast — if they're priced right.

In the past week, correctly priced homes in the $240K–$320K range sold in 2 to 5 days, with several closing above asking price. At the same time, overpriced listings sat 90+ days and ultimately sold for 10–15% below list.

The market is active. Pricing strategy is what separates a quick sale from a long wait.

Thinking about selling? Let’s talk about where your home fits in today’s market.

CRE Tip

One of the biggest mistakes businesses make when leasing retail space is focusing only on the rent.

While rent is important, several other factors can have a major impact on a business’s long-term success:

• Traffic counts
• Visibility from major roads
• Tenant mix and neighboring businesses
• Trade area demographics

The right location can significantly influence customer flow, brand exposure, and overall sales.

When evaluating retail space, it’s important to look at the full picture, not just the monthly lease rate.

If you're planning to open, relocate, or expand your business in Midland–Odessa, I’d be happy to help you evaluate potential locations and find the right fit.

I-14 + I-27 are joining I-20 — and Midland becomes the hub of 3 interstates. Gulf ports, Mexico trade routes, national freight corridors — all running through the Permian Basin.

Construction is 5–10 years out. That's the window to buy, lease, or invest before demand catches up.

Thinking about buying, selling, or leasing in the Permian Basin? Reach out — I'd love to help you get ahead of this.
