We recently started NCCJ Equity Leadership Alliance (ELA) Cohort 2, 2024, and are now gearing up for Cohort 3!

NCCJ ELA is a 6-month cohort based model designed to directly support the role and responsibilities of leaders driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in an organization, company, agency, and educational workplaces.

This program will guide, coach, and build a network of DEI leaders to advance workplace equity in non-profits, community-based organizations, or a public school in CT and Western Massachusetts. Final deadline to apply 04.12.24.
