One lucky family will take Wispie home to share in everyday magic, create special memories, and bring her along on an adventure. Before returning her to Wisp Bookshop, snap a few photos of your family’s day together. We’ll add them to Wispie’s Adventure Album so everyone can see the magical places she’s been!

And for everyone who’s already fallen in love with Wispie… good news! Medium-sized Wispies and Wispie keychains will soon be available in the shop, so you can bring a little piece of Wisp magic home with you.

I hope everyone had such a great time this past Monday for our June “book club” … I think it should be called fantasy monthly event at this point lol.

Thank you to everyone who dressed up, completed quests, and just enjoyed life/time with friends. Watching this community laugh, compete, and completely commit to the adventure is exactly why we do this every month.

A huge thank you to Gibby Center for the Arts for hosting the first half of our adventure and helping make this event possible. All the proceeds will help fund more amazing events they host throughout the year! We appreciate your partnership so much!

And, of course, thank you to Matt Dinniman for creating such a wildly imaginative story that brought a room full of strangers together for a fun unhinged night!

Jean jacket edit - alright, have you been collecting our book club patches each month? You can add them to the Wisp tote, crewneck and/or … the jean jacket! Comes with the Wisp Bookshop patch - you can choose where to place it! Our DCC June patch will be announced soon and I’ll share as a pre-order. Did you miss the paperback opening? No worries, the Grand Opening will be on Sunday, June 7th at 11am. Park at the town municipal building behind 24 W. Main St. Unit C Middletown, DE. I’ve partnered with other small businesses and authors to make the day even more magical. I will be releasing their info leading up to the event. I guess I now know why that “found family” is my favorite trope… I am so thankful so many of you have become family and good friends during the journey of finding myself again. You all truly are the light on some dark days and outside of my immediate family, the ones I now know that I can rely on. My hope is that you too have found your “chosen family” and a place of acceptance, unhinged conversations that make you giggle, with a sprinkle of mush that makes you feel that you belong.
