It was our pleasure to cater and provide bartending services for this fundraiser for Pennsylvania State Representative Tom Jones as he prepares for his State Senate campaign. Among Representative Jones' distinguished guests were numerous senators, state representatives, politicians, and local business owners who gathered to demonstrate their support.

Our menu featured an array of exquisite dishes, including bacon wrapped scallops with blackberry brandy bacon onion jam, smoked pork belly burnt ends with honey bourbon glaze, spring rolls with sweet chili sauce, crab stuffed baby portobellos with a champagne cream sauce, and char grilled shrimp served with a lemon chimichurri. For dessert, we offered key lime pie, chocolate brownie mousse, and strawberry shortcake shooters.

The crew fired up the large trailer smoker for the first time this season and donated our time to smoke pork BBQ at no cost in support of Londonderry Athletic Association's opening day. The proceeds benefit the organization by enabling them to provide uniforms/equipment for the children, maintain the baseball fields, and cover registration fees for families with financial difficulties, ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate. We are pleased to support this outstanding local youth organization, which is making a positive impact in our community.
