Look at the new fun things I got from ! I can’t wait to get started testing things out with some new flours. I haven’t worked with einkorn or spelt before and that multigrain flour sounds very interesting! Do you have ideas for what I should try first?

Local business shoutout to ! Jen has been a customer of ours for a while and finally convinced me to come in for the infrared and red light sauna to try to help me heal all of my many injuries!
