Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting people through some of life's hardest moments.

I've worked closely with survivors of domestic violence, individuals navigating trauma, and people and families affected by substance use. I've also had the privilege of supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and their loved ones with care and without judgment. 🏳️‍🌈

Here's what over a decade of this work has taught me: you are not your worst moment. You are not "too much." And you don't need to have it all figured out before you walk in the door.
