Riverside True Value

Saturday 4/5/2025 was our last day in business. It was a heartbreaking decision to close the store. I have been fighting with everything I have to keep the store open for 2+ years.

I would like to thank Middletown for the opportunity to service the community. We've had some great and loyal customers. Some of the best I have ever met in any store. I would like to thank the local businesses who worked with us to support each other. Finally I need to thank my fantastic employees. They were loyal and stayed on to the very end, and I can't express how much that means to me.

Thank you Middletown, and I am truly sorry that we can no longer be a part of your community. It was a fun and wild ride.

The news has reported the bankruptcy filing of True Value Company. While we use their brand, we are locally owned and operated and will not be immediately impacted by this filing. True Value has a buyer lined up that will help us continue to serve our customers in the future.
