GOOD MORNING!

Before I retreat to the recording studio for the day which is a mere 30 foot walk across my home, I decided to share this with you today……

THE RESTART OF BOOTCAMP!

For the next 30 days, this is me and how I do it. 310 Nutrition All In One Meal Shakes four times a day, 3-4 servings of the veggies you see here, my Vanilla Chai Bigelow Tea and nothing but cold, purified water with fresh Lemons.

After 30 days I do a Dr. Livingood. Liver Cleanse. The reason why I wait 30 days is because I want to eat as clean as possible to allow my Liver toxin level to calm down. It also gives my entire digestive and GI system a chance to chill out. After the Liver Cleanse (14 days), I do Dr. Livingood’s Full GI Reset Cleanse which takes a month to complete the cycle for me. From there, I go back to my clean, natural Vegan foods. I make sure nothing is processed.

Dr. Livingood and his program is for all types of people and it is for any eating lifestyle just in case you thought this was a Vegan program, it’s not by any means. The books are short and to the point and everything is laid out for you. He also has a website where you can purchase the highest quality supplements without overthinking and overspending on things you and your body just don’t need. EXACTLY WHY YOU DON’T FAST TRACK ANYONE IN 2 DAYS TO A CDL LICENSE IN THE U.S.A.

 This driver has taken the last 25 minutes to attempt to park his rig, meanwhile he’s holding everyone up causing a traffic jam everywhere and gridlocking traffic on the main road below and in the truck stop parking lot. This poses a safety threat to big rig drivers gridlocked in the street especially at night as there are too many variables for bad things to happen. After waiting 25 minutes I was able to go inside, grab a salad and leave and this driver is STILL at it. Now we have another obviously inexperienced driver trying to hold up the already gridlocked traffic coming in as he wants to exit thru the entrance.

These idiots are going to seriously injure an innocent motorist or family.

The brain dead idea of fast tracking the general public to a CDL in two days has got to end.
