My buyer was looking to find a house near UConn and wanted a fast close. I didn’t think a 12 day close was possible but we pulled it off! Congrats to my buyer on his new home in Tolland! 🥂

🥂Queens ——> CT! I ❤️ my NY transplants! I worked an off-market deal directly through the builder for my buyer. I was actually looking at the new construction next door when the builder walked in. He told me that the property one house over had TWO primary bedrooms. I knew my client would love that, as his parents will be staying with him often.
The builder was so kind as to hold off putting this house on the market so that we could have first dibs!
I kept in close touch with the builder until we were ready with our pre-approval. The builder and buyer and I had formed such a great relationship by that time, he was more than happy to accept our offer. I’m so happy for my buyer who is really looking forward to the living in the peaceful town of Suffield, and being closer to his daughter.
