Meat pancakes – ingredients below:

Pancake batter:
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of oil
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 ½ cups of flour

Mozzarella, shredded, to sprinkle on top

Filling:
Ground meat with tomato sauce

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden.
