Let us know who needs a quarter half or whole, cut to your specs and vac-sealed! $5.99 per lb hanging weight includes processing. Typical beef carcass weighs 700-750 lbs and depending on your cuts you can plan to take home 65% of the hanging carcass weight! What does that mean? You get a whole beef, cut and packed how you’d like it (ground beef, stew meat, roasts, steaks, ribs, brisket, whatever you want or don’t want!) for just over $9 per lb average. If you only want ground beef check out our bundles! Otherwise this is the most economical way to stock up on beef cuts. Thanks for reading :)

Thank you to everyone who came out to the farm to pickup your orders on this blustery day! We definitely had to spend the day close to home, babysitting waterers and keeping the animals stoked with feed, so we really appreciate your willingness to help! We pray that after this weekend we will get a much needed reprieve from the subzero weather.
