Good Evening Everyone,

Just a reminder that Hillside Homeowners Association will be having it's Annual Membership Meeting on April 2, 2016 at 9:00am, and will be held in the Meeting Room at St. Vincent's Medical Center-Clay County.

Your attendance would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to attend this important meeting, kindly submit your proxy.

Please ask your neighbor if they're attending. If not, kindly ask them to submit a proxy form. Contact any Board Member for a copy of the proxy form.

The proxy must be signed & dated. It can be given to any Board Member, handed to any Hillside Homeowner who will be attending or it can be scanned and emailed to:
