TalentoTotal was honored to be represented by our Founder & CEO, Gem McCreary, at the 4th edition of SDGs in Brazil, held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City.

Organized by the United Nations Global Compact Brazil Network, this significant gathering brings together hundreds of top leaders to advance critical conversations around environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.

TalentoTotal’s mission is directly aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — including Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10) — through our work to accelerate the careers of Afro-descendant and Indigenous (ADI) young professionals across Latin America.

Participating in this event during Climate Week NYC and the UN General Assembly underscored the urgency of building a more competitive and inclusive leadership landscape globally. We were proud to share our work and connect with partners committed to investing in underrepresented talent as a strategy for sustainable, long-term impact.
