Our health is our wealth. The health of our planet with its diverse ecosystems, is our wealth. We all have a role to play in promoting and maintaining our own wellness, and the health of our surroundings. Self-care is an empowering way to lead us back to connection with ourselves, others, and with Nature. Seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. It takes presence and awareness. Do breathe. "Transformation only happens when the pain of staying where you are is greater than the pain of changing." I don't know the author of this phrase, but I could not agree more! At least, this is how we've been collectively operating so far. But what if we could consider the outcome of the direction even before arriving at an unwanted destination? What if we could think as designers of our destinies? Maybe we would not just wait for the pain to take over. An old saying stands: "If you don't change direction, you will get where you are going." Taking the time to check where our actions are leading is crucial to avoid being inadvertently dragged by the flow. Slowing down and sitting in silence allows us to adjust our moves and find ease before the pain. "We can't direct the winds, but we can adjust the sails."

Today we have planted a few trees around the planet! 🌱🌱🌱 Every month, in the behalf of my community, I chose a project and contribute to the of ecosystems here and there. This is a way to express my gratitude to the clients and friends supporting my practice, and the least I can do to support and restore our giving planet. I am a stubborn optimist who believes that it is not too late, as long as we all take consistent action. Your sessions support and many other organizations and projects with the shared mission or preserving the future.
