This athlete had a crush injury to the top of his foot from a dropped weight on it. 😳 He was lucky to not have a fracture just bone bruise and significant swelling.
In one session today I did Hivamat to flush out the swelling, laser to reduce pain from bone contusion and a pulsed ultrasound with light instrument flush to get the nice outcome you in see above 👆🏽 ✊🏽

This year’s Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Kickball challenge was a Canes reunion and my UM AT Masters students did an amazing job giving back for such a great cause 🙏🏾 This year we were all ladies and represented well stretching participants, doing some first aid and spot assessments as needed for our participating athletes 🤗🙌🏾🙌🏾
