Since most of us are probably sitting on the sofa more than usual. I would like to show you 3 of my most favorite “make me feel better stretches” all stretches can be done 3 times each time holding your stretch for a count of 30 seconds. What is most important during stretches is breathing deeply. The deeper you breath the more your muscle can lengthen and the more benefit you you get. Try these a three he’s. I am open for questions and discussion anytime.

Although we are experiencing high levels of social distancing these days. It’s important for our body as well as our mind to exercise and remain active. During trying and stressful times as these. It is important to move around and remind active. What is your favorite exercise to calm your mind or reduce stress?
