Welcoming the next generation to PortMiami on Take Your Child to Work Day!

From getting a behind-the-scenes look at PortMiami operations, to learning more from the PortMiami team, it was a day filled with inspiration.

PortMiami was proud to be part of eMerge Americas 2026!

This year, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and PortMiami showcased a winner of Miami-Dade Innovation Authority’s (MDIA) Public Innovation Challenge – GridMatrix’s AI computer vision that analyzes and tracks traffic congestion and WorkWise’s advanced robotic hygiene technology that supports seaport’s maintenance teams.

Together, these innovations have shown the commitment to more collaboration and innovation at PortMiami and Miami-Dade County Government.

PortMiami also wants to congratulate Miami International Airport for the unveiling of their AI-powered hologram chatbot, marking a global aviation milestone.
