We back at it, no excuses, no days off. The work schedule might get hectic, but the mission stays the same.

Whether I’m in the gym or out in the field, I’m putting in the work because the grind doesn’t care how you feel. It’s about being consistent, being persistent, and resisting the urge to take the easy way out.
