Future marine scientists. Future changemakers. 🌊🪸
This summer, the students from Girl Power stepped inside the University of Miami Marine Campus to explore coral restoration, marine biology, and the science protecting our oceans. We ended the day at Historic Virginia Key Beach, where they learned how history, equity, and environmental stewardship are deeply connected.
At Dibia DREAM, we’re not just exposing girls to STEM—we’re helping them see themselves in it. 💙

We’re proud to celebrate our STEM Coordinator Dr. Duneia McManus as she represents the scientific community through the AGU’s Voices for Science program.
Over the past several days, Dr. McManus has engaged with policymakers and congressional offices to advocate for science funding and scientific advancement. Her work helps elevate the importance of STEM education, research, and opportunities for future innovators.
Thank you, Dr. McManus, for being a strong voice for science and for helping keep STEM at the forefront of the conversation. 🎉

That’s the kind of excitement DREAM Bermuda STEM Saturdays: Rockets sparked in our DREAM Scholars as they explored the Artemis II mission, learned about velocity and space, and launched rockets into the Bermuda sky.

DREAM Scholars x STEM Avengers got exclusive, behind-the-scenes VIP access at the Miami International Autodrome. 🏁✨
We toured the F1 Paddock—up close where the magic happens. Miami Gardens leadership, including the Mayor and City Council, showed up and poured into our students in a powerful way.
And then… a moment they’ll never forget: Miami Grand Prix winner Kimi Antonelli saw our group, stopped everything, and personally high-fived every single student and staff member.
That wasn’t just access—that was recognition.
From pit lane energy with Scuderia Ferrari to purpose-driven impact from Mission 44 and the vision of Lewis Hamilton—this day defined what it means to DREAM BIG.
This is bigger than racing. This is exposure, opportunity, and belief in action.
