🌀My First Colon Hydrotherapy at 🌀

This week, I’ll be sharing the new things and protocols I’ve implemented since my flush last weekend—starting with my first-ever colon hydrotherapy experience at Centner Wellness

Colon hydrotherapy is a powerful way to detox and cleanse the body by gently flushing the colon, removing built-up waste and toxins that can cause bloating, fatigue, and other health issues. Most colonics focus on basic water flushes without professionals.
