As an association board member, I was looking for a licensed and insured handyman, who would be available when we needed repairs for our 4 floor, 30-unit building. They needed to be responsible and experienced in a multitude of jobs. I also needed someone who would also be available for a unit owner if needed. I got calls asking what I needed to fix and what I wanted to pay but no one would come out to SEE what needed to be done. Roger Camacho of The Grove Handyman called me and came over to look over our building. He handed me copies of his certification and insurance then sent me a quote. He did his first job; replacing over 125 lightbulbs in the building, including the garage. He cleaned each fixture, fixed what needed fixing and replaced each bulb. Everyone noticed the difference! He was persistent in resolving a leaky window that flooded a unit. Not a drop through the rainy season. Roger communicates well and responds to calls. He is responsible, honest and a talented person when it comes to resolving problems. He redid my master bath, took out the old whirlpool tub, removed the old tile floor and replaced all the wallboard. From electrical to plumbing to retiling the tub area and the floor, I am in love with my new bathroom. I cannot express the trust and respect I have for his character and integrity. I will never hesitate to recommend Roger to anyone.

Here is some photos of our latest bathroom remodel. This century old home.
required a full restructuring of the flooring joist sytem.This new flooring system will make this bathroom remodel last well into the new century. Once walls were opened we located a leak on the old cast iron 4 " main .These pipes were changed and updated, the work continued.

Sinking tubs and floors are usually a tell tale sign of problems lurking below the surface.

The end result was a beautiful bathroom that was built correctly to last a long time.

A dramatic change to the front entry of this home was achieved with detailed painting.A combination of varying size brushes were used for the inlay black detailing and a new slip resistant blue porcelain floor tile.The walls and ceiling were painted in white gloss paint to match the white stain resistant grout.Another job well done.
