• Trillado : translates to milled . The country side more and more becomes a lonely place to grow up and decide to stay there. Like many we want better lives so in about a decade or two people like Don Emilio will be a beautiful memory that we may have overlooked. His children will eventually sell the land and move to the growing cities nearby like Medellin.
• We don’t want to keep anyone where they don’t want to be or become stagnant. Hope we motivate growers to motivate other forms of coffee business’s within country.

•We are happy to now officially talk about our second branch of KWC. KWC export .
•We tagged our amazing partners who believe in this coffee journey.
-What is KWC export ?
•For starters, it’s exporting roasted Colombian coffee roasted in actual Origin. Showcasing roasters from Medellin depending on the types of roast profiles our partners require.
•We solely work directly with producers buying coffee in it's rawest form from the farm which is parchment or full dried cherry. Camilo Rojas is the leader in this aspect, helping farmers in need with processing and quality control practices. As well as sharing his knowledge on coffee production costs and buying as much crop from the same producer as possible all year round.
•We drymill locally mostly with smaller companies depending on where coffee lands or our needs.
•Each batch is meticulously sorted for defects and rocks. (we get rocks here yes)😅
•KWC export is sourced to order. Our partners build there cup profile. They can choose varietal, processing, & coffee farmer they want to buy from.
•Every partnership is only sourced by us . We want everyone to equally grow. Bags, labels, roast profile & colors are all chosen by our partners and who we collaborate with. We want to showcase that everything can be done just as great at origin while giving the benefits of business to Colombian locals 🇨🇴!
