I just got off a 1-on-1 coaching call with META 😱 and having an expert from the actual platform review my account completely shifted my strategy 📈✨

If your account has been feeling stuck, here is the exact feedback they gave me that you need to start implementing ASAP:

1. Carousels are BACK 📸
Instagram is heavily pushing carousels right now. The best strategy is a healthy mix: don’t just post Reels, incorporate photo carousels into your weekly rotation!

2. Do not drop your consistency 🗓️
I currently post 5 to 6 times a week, and they explicitly told me not to lower that number. Consistency is still one of the most important metrics for the algorithm.

3. Take advantage of “Trial Reels” 🚀
This is a great new way to test visibility. You can post as many Trial Reels as you want to test the waters, but make sure the content still aligns with the niche you want to be known for! (I need to use it more lol)

4. Check your Insights constantly 📊
Use your Professional Dashboard / Meta Business Suite to actually study your analytics, find inspiration, and schedule your content ahead of time. Don’t just guess what works!

5. Create Native Templates 🎬
When you edit and create your content directly inside the Instagram app, it can be saved as a Template. When other creators click “Use Template” on your Reel, all of that exposure and reach traces back to your account!
