In my line of work, it is absolutely possible to love a pet as if they were your own. Last night, heartbreakingly, I lost one who stole my heart from the very first day I cared for him.

For three years, Tyger gave me endless love, laughter, and taught me so much about this profession. We started Nanny Pets together, and I was so deeply loved in return that even on his very last day, with the little strength he had left, he showed me his love one more time by resting his sweet face in my hands while I spoke to him.

Today, with a profound pain in my heart, I have to say goodbye to you. With tears in my eyes and my heart completely broken, I say goodbye to you, Tyger. You left an unforgettable mark of love in my heart and in my memories forever.

You were one of the purest and most genuine expressions of love I have found in this city, in this country. Thank you to his parents for trusting me to care for him and for allowing me to love him so deeply.
