Este año tome la decisión de invertir tiempo en mi; esto ha causado que pause algunas cosas en mi vida ó simplemente, le baje a la velocidad al ritmo en el que venía! Y confieso…que lo estoy disfrutando!!
pues mi prioridad ahora es la calidad y no la cantidad de cosas que haga tanto en mi vida personal como profesional.
Estoy aprendiendo a no sentirme culpable si no estoy ocupada, a brindarme espacios solo para mi y disfrutar cada cosa en su momento.

Estoy aprendiendo a tener limites y a respetar mi propio tiempo.

Al principio, no me sentía bien con esto, porque no era yo, no es mi personalidad, solía hacer muchas cosas al mismo tiempo a lo que yo le decía eficiencia! Tenía una mente insaciable o mejor dicho, aún la tengo, pero estoy aprendiendo a enfocarme a hacer 1 cosa a la vez.

Entendí que trabajando en mi y aprender a hacer esto, va a sacar lo mejor de mi.

Respecto a mis goles profesionales, entendi que no tengo que estar compitiendo en un maratón conmigo misma, y más bien disfrutar el proceso y aprendizaje. Al final, la meta es llegar, ya sea rápido o lento, moverme hacia adelante es progreso!
