Our Head Chef Shanti Singh boasts an unparalleled and unique blend of cultural backgrounds that have given her cooking the distinctive flavor that hooks your taste buds into coming back. Born from Hindu parents and raised in Venezuela, she was gifted with blended Culture filled with zest and uniqueness.

From a young age, her inclination to engage in the culinary arts and boundless curiosity for a different flavor led to the enjoyment of dish creations.

Eventually, this propelled her into pursuing a career in fine dining cooking, launching her own catering company in Venezuela, and working for a variety of executive companies. Not satisfied with her acquired skill, and desiring to learn more, Shanti followed her family to the United States where she enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu to amplify her knowledge.
