Infected Brewery

Say hello to DMC.... This imperial stout is clocking in at 14% abv and it was brewed and mashed with a dozen glazed donuts, and then went into a Heaven Hill Bourbon soaked barrel to pick up incredible oak, toffee, chocolate and bourbon notes from the barrel. When it came out I then added in an insane amount of freshly roasted cacao nibs and all natural vanilla marshmallows. The final product is oozing with complex flavors from everything used in this beer and your taste buds will be dancing. The absolutely only place to taste this will be at next Saturday 7/27 for the Brewing With Wake competition. HOWEVER..... Be on the lookout for a contest to win a coveted bottle of this brew. I'm extremely proud of how great this beer came out and I can't wait to serve it to you all.
