I really enjoyed attending the Global Leaders Online Event hosted by ESMT Berlin. The conversations around AI felt both highly relevant and refreshingly practical, especially in how they connected big-picture trends with real leadership challenges. Hearing from SAP’s CEO Christian Klein was a standout moment—his perspective on how AI is shaping enterprise strategy and driving innovation at scale gave me a lot to reflect on.

What resonated most was the focus on responsible adoption. As exciting as the technology is, the reminder to stay grounded in ethics while maintaining a human-centered approach felt especially important.

Events like this are a great reminder that leading in the age of AI isn’t just about understanding the technology—it’s about making thoughtful, forward-looking decisions on how we use it.
