Last week, we wrapped the in-person immersion week of Scale2Miami 🚀
Over the course of the week, six startups joined us in Miami for an intensive program focused on mentorship, investor readiness, and market expansion. Founders worked closely with operators, mentors, and ecosystem leaders while navigating what it takes to scale into the U.S. market 🌎
The program closed with a Demo Day, where the startups pitched in front of investors and industry leaders after days of preparation, feedback, and one-on-one sessions.
Congratulations to Bildin and Unify, selected as this cohort’s winners 🏆
And this is just the beginning! The program now moves into a 12-month acceleration and support phase, where founders will continue receiving guidance, connections, and strategic support as they grow. We’re also entering the next stage with investors, who have already expressed soft commitments while evaluating potential investment amounts.
A strong week, great founders, and exciting moment ahead for this cohort 🚀
“The biggest risk in finance today… is not using AI.”
In this clip from Episode 3 of Mana Tech Talks, .ismail breaks down why ignoring AI isn’t just falling behind — it’s becoming irrelevant.
As the industry evolves faster than ever, the real question isn’t if you adopt AI… it’s how fast.

The last couple of weeks at Mana Tech has felt like a true global crossroads 🌎
We’ve been welcoming delegations from across Latin America and Europe, all with one shared goal: understanding how to connect, land, and grow in the U.S. market.
We kicked things off with a delegation of 18 companies brought by ProChile, who launched their Miami Tech Week with at Mana Tech. Founders heard directly from operators building in the U.S., sharing real insights, challenges, and lessons learned, and experienced the Chile Hub by Banco Bci, on our 3rd floor. 🇨🇱
We also hosted the first gathering of , led by DISRUPTORES in collaboration with Innsomnia Group, Startup Valencia, and VDS Scaleup Alliance. A strong step toward building deeper connections across Iberoamérica, with roundtables focused on collaboration and ecosystem alignment. 🇪🇸
From Europe, we welcomed the EU Tech Counselors, continuing their U.S. tour and engaging with Miami’s growing tech landscape, who engaged in a very interesting conversation with Etienne Gillard.
From Ecuador, CITEC - Cámara de InnovaciĂłn y TecnologĂa Ecuatoriana, together with TradeBiz, brought their 4th Miami Commercial Mission, connecting companies with key players across innovation, investment, and business. 🇪🇨
And from Brazil, we hosted Link School, who visited Mana Tech and joined a conversation with Conrado Morais to dive into Miami’s ecosystem and opportunities for expansion. 🇧🇷
Different countries, different stages, same intention.
Building bridges, opening doors, and helping global founders navigate what’s next 🚀

In the middle of Miami Tech Week, we hosted a room built for real conversations. 🌟
Last Tuesday, together with , we welcomed a full house of senior leaders across industries for a private executive session at Mana Tech.
The evening brought together by and , started with insights from Michaeljohn Green, and then moved into a keynote by Neil Redding, who introduced a concept that stayed with the room: Clock Drift. 🚀
The idea is simple, but hard to ignore. AI is now executing faster than most organizations can make decisions. And when decision-making can’t keep up with ex*****on, the risk is clear. Someone else will execute your strategy before you do. 🧑‍💻
What followed was a highly engaged discussion, grounded in real examples of how AI is already reshaping business models across sectors.
Hosted by Experience Club US and Mana Tech, with the support of Miami DDA, the session reflected what these gatherings are about. đź’«
The right people, in the right room, having the conversations that actually matter 🤝

The tone of a great week is often set before anything officially begins.
Last week, we hosted the Miami Tech Week – VIP Opening Night Cocktail ✨ with Grow and PAG LAW, an invite-only gathering designed to bring together a highly intentional group of founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
This year, we took a different approach. Instead of going bigger, we focused on creating a more thoughtful setting where conversations could go deeper and connections could form more naturally.
And it showed. From the first conversations to the last, the room stayed engaged, with founders, investors, and operators exchanging ideas, building relationships, and setting the tone for the week ahead.
Thank you to everyone who was part of it, specially Deel, 165 Global and PERSEA Ventures. A strong start to what turned into a great week 🚀

Last week, Mana Tech was on the ground at .company 🇨🇴, connecting with founders, partners, and ecosystem leaders from across the region.
Carlos Parra, Director of Latam, alongside Conrado Morais, our COO, join Moishe Mana, our Founder and Chairman, and represented our team throughout the week, with Moishe taking the stage for a keynote on the role of cities in shaping the future of innovation.
During the visit, we also met with Federico GutiĂ©rrez Zuluaga to explore a potential partnership between MedellĂn and Miami, together with Ruta N Medellin.
These conversations reflect something we strongly believe in: innovation doesn’t grow in isolation. It grows when ecosystems are connected.
At Mana Tech, our role as an international hub is exactly that: to create bridges between cities, connect founders with new markets, and open access to capital, knowledge, and opportunity across the Americas 🌎
Good conversations, strong alignment, and more to come 🚀
