Get ready for the next Board election now. If you are interested in improving the Lakeside XI Condominium Association and increasing market value of your unit, let me know by contacting me at [email protected]. Take back your HOA. The only thing our current Board of Directors has done is increase our monthly dues with little or nothing to show for it. Lakeside XI Condominium Association complex has seen little or no improvement since the management company was hired. We should reopen the office at Lakeside and allow local unit owners to self-manage themselves.

Lakeside XI Condo Association UNIT OWNERS. Are you satisfied with the current management company? Can you name anything that the management company has done to improve the common areas and appearance of Lakeside XI? Are you getting more for your money since the management company took over management of the association? Are you willing to continue to allow the management company to keep raising your HOA dues? Have you been illegally towed by the management company's new towing service? DO you agree with that the management company has given the towing company carte blanche to tow cars at their own discretion?
