Last night, and I hosted a women’s evening in Miami dedicated to helping women feel more empowered in their pleasure and more emotionally connected in their relationships.

We talked about what helps desire build, how to ask for what you want, and how to bring more romance (and ease) back into partnership.

One of the most powerful parts: everyone responded to prompt anonymously. That anonymity gave women permission to be real, raw, honest, and surprisingly brave. And the conversation that followed? Deep. Bonding. And so validating.
