Miami’s Planning Department has received an application to build two residential towers adjacent to the Design District and Edgewater.

The development includes two 20-story towers, and a combined:

164 residential units
two lodging units
8,874 square feet of retail
374 parking spaces
The design fully meets the Miami 21 zoning code, and no waivers are being requested.

It is also designed to enhance the pedestrian experience, including with large sidewalks, landscaping, and façade treatment.
