And then it does. The right person finds you. An opportunity shows up that wouldn’t have existed a year ago. Someone reaches out already trusting you because they’ve been quietly watching.

You end up sharing knowledge on stages and into mics when you are used to being seated in the audience.

Consistency doesn’t announce itself while it’s working. You just have to keep going.
