The start of a new journey can be one of the most exciting, but also the most challenging experience in your life. There will be moments of happiness, followed by days, months and even years of defeat. You’ll question everything you thought you knew, including yourself.
Can I do this? Am I in over my head? Am I qualified or good enough? Rejection letters followed by, “maybe you should try something else”. There’s no real timetable for how long the journey will take before you reach that breakthrough, but in the end, it’s all worth it. BET ON YOURSELF.

The first picture (201lb) was taken on 6/29/20. No gym for 3 months because of the pandemic shutdown so I had to pick up a new fitness routine. I was running 5-6 days per week, 3-6 miles each day. The second picture (224lb) was taken on 1/7/22. Went from being in the best running shape of my life, to being in the best physical shape.
We won’t ever sell you on a 15 day, unrealistic, quick fix miracles that don’t last (if they were even real to begin with or photoshopped). This takes time and it’s a journey. Don’t get caught up in thinking “it’ll take too long”. I promise you’ll enjoy the process every step of the way. During the time it takes for you to get there, you’ll learn so much about yourself while reinventing who you are. That’s the best part of all this, not the end result, because if we’re being honest, there’s never any room for complacency, you’ll always find a way to challenge yourself more than you did the day before.
