Panther Coffee is a specialty coffee company — roaster, retailer, and wholesaler. We're opening our new headquarters in Traverse City and looking for baristas who care about great coffee and hospitality.
We care deeply about our craft, from sourcing to the cup; and believe the best shifts are built on trust, communication, and a team that enjoys what they do.

* Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and care
* Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
* Create a welcoming, thoughtful experience for every guest
* Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
* Support your team and contribute to a collaborative culture

WHO YOU ARE
* You have a strong work ethic, are team-oriented, and genuinely enjoy coffee and hospitality
* Specialty coffee experience is preferred — but willingness to learn matters just as much
* You move with urgency while staying calm and composed
* You take pride in cleanliness, organization, and the details others miss
* You're open to feedback and see every shift as a chance to get better

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$16.00/hr base pay + tips and employee discount.
Full-time employees are also eligible for
