This past year kicked my butt 😭

At one point I was so exhausted from grief, as well as autoimmune and gut issues, that just getting through the day felt hard enough.

Now I’m working out again, creating content again, and slowly building a life that feels good to wake up to.

Sooooo much can change when you start getting your spark back ❤️
