Getting ready to for Summer Games! Here are the beginner level 1 routines for vault, bar, beam and floor. Your child will be working on these routines or portions of these routines all session long.

This may not look like a 🤸🏿 cartwheel but your child is working on cartwheel logic when you see this. Moving sideways is hard for adults. Have you ever watched a first time line dance? 🤣 so learning to jump over something sideways is the beginning steps of the cartwheel dance.
